Shipment Classification & Supervising Authority
يتم تحديد خطة التسعير بناءً على نوع المسار الرقابي:
• هيئة الغذاء والدواء (SFDA): للبضائع الغذائية والطبية والكيماوية التي تتطلب فسحًا ومطابقة.
• وزارة الزراعة والبيئة: للحبوب، البذور، الأعلاف، والمبيدات الزراعية.
• وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية: للآلات، المعدات الصناعية، والمواد الخام.
• الهيئة العامة للنقل: للمعدات الثقيلة والمركبات والمقطورات.
• مسار عام: للبضائع التجارية
غير المقيّدة.
Pricing depends on the supervising entity:
• SFDA (Food & Drug Authority): For food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
• Ministry of Agriculture & Environment: For grains, seeds, feed, and pesticides.
• Ministry of Industry & Mineral Resources: For machinery, industrial materials, and raw inputs.
• Transport Authority: For heavy equipment and specialized vehicles.
• General Route: For unrestricted commercial goods.

Restricted Items
وهي البضائع التي يُسمح باستيرادها بشروط محددة وتتطلب تصاريح مسبقة، مثل:
• المعدات الطبية والمواد الكيميائية.
• بعض أنواع الأجهزة الكهربائية والاتصالات.
• نتجات تخضع لاختبارات مطابقة أو شهادات سابر.
تُحسب تكلفة هذه البنود بناءً على متطلبات التصاريح، وعدد الجهات المعنية، ومدى سرعة إنجاز الفسح.
These are items permitted under specific import conditions, requiring prior approvals, such as:
• Medical or chemical materials.
• Certain electrical or telecom devices.
• Goods requiring conformity certificates or SABER approval.
Pricing considers the number of regulatory clearances and the time required for release.
الأوزان والأحجام
Weight & Transport Requirements
لكل شحنة وزنها ومتطلب النقل الخاص بها:
• الشحنات القياسية: أقل من 25 طن — تُنقل بالشاحنات التقليدية.
• الشحنات الثقيلة: تفوق 25 طن — تحتاج تصريح نقل خاص من هيئة النقل.
• المعدات الثقيلة: تُنقل عبر لوبدات خاصة (Lowbed Trailers) تختلف مقاساتها حسب الارتفاع والطول،
ويتطلب كل ارتفاع فوق الحد المسموح طلب مرور خاص ومسار محدد لضمان السلامة النظامية أثناء النقل.
Every cargo weight class has
distinct logistics:
• Standard Loads: Under 25 tons — standard trucking.
• Heavy Loads: Above 25 tons — require special transport permits.
• Heavy Equipment: Moved by Lowbed Trailers of varying sizes,
with specific permits for each height or oversized dimension.
عوامل إضافية مؤثرة على التسعير
Additional Pricing Factors
• طبيعة الميناء (جدة / الدمام / الرياض الداخلي).
• زمن بقاء الحاوية في الميناء والرسوم اليومية (Demurrage).
• مدى الحاجة لخدمات إضافية (تخزين، إعادة تحميل، تتبع، فسح فوري، مراقبة ميدانية…).
